Employment law leads for plaintiff firms.

Exclusive employment law leads are generated by our own ads and screened before a firm is asked to pay. Broadside owns the creative, the media account, and the funnel. A plaintiff employment practice receives the record alone. It is not posted to a panel of firms and it is not left sitting in an exchange.

Sent to one firm only means the same thing here as it does on the other two verticals: no resale and no recycle. The difference is the qualifier set. Employment matters are not motor vehicle crashes and they are not workplace injuries under a workers’ compensation statute. The six gates below are the employment set, agreed before media runs.

Six employment gates, and no seventh.

The gates are claim type, window, employer size, employment status, representation, and consent. Claim type is limited to the categories the firm wants: termination, discrimination, wage, or harassment. Window is the date range and statute period you will accept. We do not print a number of days on this page, because that period changes by claim and by state and has to be agreed before anyone spends media.

Employer size is the line the firm will take. There is no headcount published here. Employment status records whether you want a current employee, a former employee, or either, as written in the qualifier set. Representation confirms no other firm is already engaged. Consent attaches a TrustedForm certificate so your team can review the capture.

Those six replace the older generic list. Matter, detail, and a spare “vertical qualifier” are not separate gates on this page. If a firm needs a tighter rule inside claim type or status, it is written into the existing six before launch of media, not added as a new public step.

The employment record, then the quote.

The sample card shows the shape of a delivered record: name, ZIP, and best time to call, phone and email, the claim type that cleared, dates inside the agreed window, employer size as agreed, no other firm engaged, and the TrustedForm certificate. It is a layout for the conversation. It is not a real employee and it does not describe the strength of any matter.

Pricing is quoted on the call. Employment law pricing is set per market once we know your states. Pay per lead, with no commitments, ever, no retainer, and no minimum term. Pilots are available where we can run the media. Return terms are written first. A record that does not hold up comes off the invoice. The CRM post, or email and SMS if you work that way, happens when the form clears, with field mapping already agreed.

Broadside is not a law firm and does not advise the claimant or the firm on the merits. Consent documentation is included so purchasing firms can assess it with their own counsel. If you also want motor vehicle or workers’ compensation leads, those verticals are scoped and quoted on their own.

What we will not put on this page is a consumer funnel, a list of screening questions, or a price. The employment gates stay the six above. The quote waits until we know the states, and the writing — caps, field mapping, return terms — is finished before a dollar of media runs.

FAQ

Questions firms ask.

How much do employment law leads cost?

Pricing for employment law leads is set per market and quoted on the call once we know your states. Pay per lead, no commitments, ever, no minimum term.

Are employment law leads exclusive?

Yes. Each record is sold to one firm and never resold or recycled.

How is consent documented?

Every record carries a TrustedForm certificate so your firm can assess it under your own policies and with your own counsel.

Which claim types can clear the gates?

Termination, discrimination, wage, or harassment, limited to the categories the firm agrees before media runs.

What does the employment window cover?

The dates and statute period agreed with the firm before media runs. A record outside that window does not clear. This page does not publish a day count.

Who is the employment law lead sold to?

One plaintiff firm. The record is not resold or recycled. Pricing is quoted on the call once we know your states.
