Pricing is quoted on the call. It is set per market once we know your states. Pay per lead, no commitments, ever, no minimum term. Pilots available.
Workers’ compensation leads on this page start with Broadside’s own paid social. We write the creative, we fund the media, and the click lands on a funnel we operate. The firm is not subscribing to a list of people hurt at work that several buyers can see. Each record is prepared for one workers’ compensation practice.
One firm per lead is the rule, not a label we add after the fact. The record is never resold and never recycled into an exchange. Your invoice only reflects records that cleared the six gates you agreed. If we cannot cover a state, we say so in the first reply instead of forcing a fit.
The gates on a workers’ compensation record are injury, date, reported, treatment, representation, and consent. Injury captures what happened and what was hurt. Date captures when it happened. Reported asks whether it was reported to the employer. Treatment asks whether they have been seen and are still treating. Representation confirms no other firm is already on it. Consent puts a TrustedForm certificate on the record.
That list is the live set. We do not add a seventh gate on this vertical, and we do not borrow the motor vehicle fault check or the employment claim-type check and quietly rename it. Anything that should be tighter for your states — which injuries you will take, how you want “reported to the employer” answered — is agreed before a dollar of media runs and written into the qualifier set.
You see the same six names on the sample record: injury date, reported to employer, treating, no firm engaged, and the TrustedForm certificate, alongside the name, ZIP, phone, and email. The card is a layout. It is not a real claimant and it is not a promise about case value.
Every workers’ comp lead carries the consent certificate so the firm can assess the capture under its own policies and with its own counsel. Broadside does not evaluate the merits of an injury and does not provide legal advice. The firm remains responsible for the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state statutes, and the rules of every jurisdiction where it practices.
When the form clears, the record posts to your CRM, or it is sent by email and SMS if that is the intake path you already use. Field names are mapped before media runs. The point of the handoff is seconds, while the conversation is still the one the person just finished.
The sample on this page uses a generic layout: a name and ZIP, a phone and email, the injury date and state, and checks for reported, treating, no other firm, and the TrustedForm certificate. There is no consumer brand on the card and no script of the questions. What you agree in writing is the qualifier set, the cap, the field map, and the return terms.
There is no workers’ compensation rate card on this site. Pricing is quoted on the call once we know the states. Pay per lead. No commitments, ever. No retainer. No minimum term. A pilot is available when the market is open. Return terms are written before media runs, and a record that fails those terms comes off the invoice.
Motor vehicle accident and employment law are quoted on their own pages, because the gates and the media are not the same. Tell us which case types you want. We will only propose the ones we can actually run.
